Shipping, Delivery & Returns
PaymentI accept payments through PayPal or Google Checkout, both of which are quick and easy to use, and most importantly, secure. I'm afraid I cannot accept cheques or postal orders.
Delivery
Each piece of jewellery will arrive packed in a gift box or pouch ready to give as a gift or just to store safely.
Online orders are despatched on the day that payment is received or the next working day. You will be notified promptly of any delay in processing your order. No orders are sent out on Bank Holidays.
Purchases with a value of less than £20 are sent via Royal Mail Standard First Class. Orders over £20 are sent via Recorded or Special Delivery and a signature will be required when delivered.
Shipping
Shipping is £1.50 per Order
Returns
Naturally I hope that you will have no reason to return anything you buy, but if you are at all unhappy with your purchase please return it, using the same method of transit, within 14 days for a full refund. Postage will not be refunded. For reasons of hygiene I am unable to accept the return of earrings for pierced ears unless they are part of a jewellery set.
